Refund policy

Made to order
Every Relax, Pal. item is printed to order just for you. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart before ordering.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or isn't what you ordered, email relaxxxpal@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.

Lost parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, get in touch and we'll chase it down. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we'll reship it or refund you.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
